The role will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimising our digital marketing campaigns and community outreach across various channels. You will be someone that is highly self-motivated, proactive who can meet goals and milestones with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Increase conversions across all existing channels
- Develop email marketing strategies and automation to increase conversions and upsells of new leads and existing customers
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits through surveys and other methods
- Content marketing with a focus on increasing traffic and provide resources to new and existing users
- Develop outreach programs with our existing users and build case studies from these
Requirements
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Work remotely and independently
- Thorough understanding of various marketing elements (such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Solid technical skills utilising WordPress and WooCommerce, newsletter systems (Mailchimp and Active Campaign) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Knowledge of web development tools and page builders (WordPress & Elementor ) desired
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with experience of Slack or other asynchronous tools
